The Alberta Obedience Group is pleased to announce that we will be holding the following event.
All-Breed CKC Approved OBEDIENCE SANCTION MATCH October 2nd, 2021
To be held Indoors at: Parkland Kennels (Training Facility Building) 53119 Range Rd. 280 Parkland County, AB T7Z 1Y2
This event will be held under the rules of the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC). The following classes will be offered: Pre-Novice, Novice, Open18, OpenH and Utility.
Entries should be submitted via e-mail to the Match Secretary (karenbentley77@gmail.com) Entries will be accepted until 9:00pm September 29th, or until all judging times are filled.
Entry fees are $15 per class or $25 for the same dog entered in two classes, payable by e-transfer to Karen Bentley (karenbentley77@gmail.com)when entries are submitted.
If for any reason the match must be canceled, entry fees will be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for “no shows”.
E-mail entries should include:
• Your Full Name
• Telephone Number and preferred e-mail contact.
• Your Dog’s Name
• Your Dogs Breed
• Date of Birth (must be at least 6 months of age)
• Class(es) you wish to enter (Pre-Novice,Novice, Open18, OpenH, Utility)
• Jump Height
Covid 19 Update:
In response to the latest Alberta Government announcement, the Alberta Obedience Group will be implementing the Restriction Exemption Program for this Sanction Match on October 2, 2021.
Documentation showing proof of vaccination along with i.d. will be necessary at the door.
Proof of vaccination includes paperwork from your vaccine appointment (or a screenshot or photo of the same) or proof of vaccine from your MyHealth Alberta records online. Single-dose accepted if received 2 weeks before the event.
Masks will still be mandatory.
